I’m Jennie.

A life coach, entrepreneur, yoga and meditation teacher dedicated to supporting you to become the person you most want to be.

  • My training from the world’s finest Coach and Leadership Training Program, Accomplishment Coaching and I’m trained in over 200 tools.

  • I’m trained as a Ontological Life Coach which means I support you in discovering who you are being while bringing your wildly authentic self to the world.

  • I have a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Georgia and previously provided nutrition consulting in person and online.

  • I teach yoga and meditation classes and workshops in the Washington, DC area and I’m a RYT-500, E-RYT-200, and specialty training in restorative yoga.

  • I hold the designation Certified Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and successfully helped others achieve physical transformation.

  • I’ve started and ran over 4 service-based businesses and completed Marie Forleo’s B-School.

  • I’m a member of the International Coach Federation.

  • I continue to work with my own coach to accomplish my projects and goals so I can be of highest service to you.

A girl born, adopted, and raised in Columbus, Ohio, with passion to serve and a yearning to go against the grain, I’m proud to have created a private coaching firm to inspire others to take charge of their lives.

Through private coaching, workshops, and exclusive retreats, I help people like you dream big and match it up with goals, projects, and meaningful action to get results.

One of ThE things I’m often asked is:

“How did you get into all of this?”

I’ve always been fascinated with human optimization and purpose. Self-help books, coaches, therapy, teachers, trainings, and school have been an important part of my life for as long as I can remember. I love learning and I love sharing — I’ll always be a student.


As I grew up, I rebelled against what was considered “normal.” I painted my nails black (when it wasn’t trendy), wore baggy jeans, began and competed in bodybuilding, went to college 9 hours away from home (where I didn’t know anyone), and always told myself I would never go the traditional route— work a 9-5, get married, buy a house in the suburbs, and have kids. I believed rebellion would offer me what I wanted.

I wanted liberation, fulfillment, love, joy, and peace. I wanted it all.

Sounds impossible, right?

Well that’s exactly how I felt for years, that I was chasing the impossible. By default, I was committed to what “I should do” according to society, family, friends, and my own judgements. I stayed in a job I hated for years, I overextended myself in friendships, I started relationships (and stayed in them) that I knew were toxic, I drank alcohol excessively, I threw myself into work neglecting my well-being, I rarely spoke my truth, and often was out of touch with it. My self-talk sent me into dark places that left me questioning everything.

I had fleeting glimpses of the life I wanted when I quit my corporate job, started a business, went to therapy, and consciously choose who I was dating. But, I would fall back into the pattern — the ‘shoulding,’ the self-hate, and the doubting.


Ultimately, I couldn’t shake the feeling that I wasn’t being the person who I wanted to be and I finally admitted that I was stuck — there was no self-help book, exercise, or Brene Brown quote that could get me out of the hole I dug.

So, I hired a Life Coach.

Eventually, with the help my own coach, I took a stand for my dreams (even though I had no idea what they were at the time). It wasn’t easy or fun to see how I was sabotaging myself, but damn, it was worth it.
